About
Who I am?
Steven Lloyd has worked with the Church of Christ in Chino, California since graduation from S.C.S.E. in August 1980. He has served the church in Chino as her preacher since then, and over the past few years, as one of her elders. He has conducted four courses for WVBS, and written two books. He married Valerie Ann in 1972. They have two children, and six grandchildren.

In 2017, he moved to Texas to work with the Southwest School of Bible Studies, where he remains currently.
Why this site?
This site is intended to help you see the Storyline of the Bible; to familiarize you with the big picture. There are around a dozen major turning points that advance the Story from beginning to end. The book, Turning Points, provides a detailed look at each of these pivotal moments. The videos on the site are an abbrieviated form of the book. They are presented by my son, Jim Lloyd.
Some people seem to digest information better visually and orally than in print. Hopefully, you will see that the two are mutually beneficial. I hope this helps you to grasp the message of the Bible.
